BITDEFENDER 2015 - INSTALLATION WITH THE PROMO KEYS (BDAVP, BDIS & BDTS):
In order to ensure that your BitDefender Antivurus Plus, Internet Security or Total Security 2015 is installed and activated correctly, please follow the instructions below:
1. Obtain a promo key from the appropriate links above.
2. Register and activate your MyBitdefender account at:
3. Download Bitdefender 2015 version from the appropriate BitDefender direct links above which matches the obtained promo key .
4. Install the downloaded version of Bitdefender 2015 and do not update Bitdefender 2015 while installing.
5. When the registration window appears, enter the promo license key already obtained and click Register Now.
BITDEFENDER 2015 - INSTALLATION & TRIAL EXTENDER / ACTIVATOR / RESET TOOL GUIDELINES:
Trial/Extender (TE), Activator or Trial/Reset (T/R) are the tools which can be applied to have an activated and working BitDefender 2015 security product. Remember that you have to choose and run one of said tools but never to apply them in combination:
A) The Jedi Time Extender by Jedi in its two versions: **Recommended Option**
(i) The "Jedi Time Extender" (the simplest, easiest and foolproof version),
(ii) The "Jedi Auto Time Extender" (it has auto boot for safe mode and and can be configured in two ways to reinstate the 90 days trial period: manually or automatically). ##NEW VERSION - FEB 18, 2015 ##
B) The Bitdefender Activator Ultimate v2-Final by Cyberboom **3rd Option**,
or
C) The T/R Tool - Revision 2 by Nikko **2nd Option**
A) (i) The Jedi Time Extender ("JTE") by Jedi:
"JTE" activates Bitdefender 2015 security products for 90 days. The "JTE" instructions mentioned hereunder have to be conducted again before each quarterly period finishes to continue enjoying your BitDefender 2015 indefinitely.
Operative Systems:
"JTE"
runs under Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 (Pro & Ultimate) and Windows 8
Pro (x86 & x64). It does not run under any Windows Enterprise
version.

"JTE" tweaks BitDefender 2013, 2014 & 2015 Antivirus Plus, Internet Security and Total Security.

How to:

4. Extract the 'JediTE' folder to the Desktop and then boot in Windows 'Safe Mode' by double clicking the appropriate batch (bat) file (WinXP or Win781) => 'Run' and your PC will automatically reboot in Windows 'Safe Mode'.
NOTE1: To extract the 'JediTE' folder, WinRAR 5 or above is required.
NOTE2: It is highly recommended to save all your current tasks and close programs before executing the appropriate batch file.
5. Once in Windows 'Safe Mode', run 'JteLaunch.exe' from the 'JediTE' folder located in the Desktop and wait until the process finishes.
6. Then your PC will automatically reboot in Windows 'Normal Mode' and your Bitdefender security product will be registered for 90 days without any limitation whatsoever including on-line updates.
7. It is worth mentioning that 'JteLaunch.exe' should be run again in Windows 'Safe Mode' before each 90 days period expires to continue enjoying Bitdefender.
8. Now it's time to update the installed BitDefender 2015 security product.
NOTE: If after applying the 'JediTE' tool as per above and being in Windows Normal Mode, your BitDefender 2015 security product shows 1 (one) remaining day, simply update your BitDefender and then check the remaining days left. It should show the promised 90 (ninety) days registered period.

6. Double click "JediTR.exe" (self-extracting file). It will create the "jtea" (folder) and will copy there the files it contains. Depending on the OS (32 or 64bit) "jtea" folder will be placed at:
x86 = 32 bit ==> C:\program files\jtea
64 bit ==> C:\program files (x86)\jtea
Contents of the "JediTR.exe" file are as follows:
7. Run the "JediTR.bat" file by double-clicking it in the "jtea" folder.
8. The PC will be automatically restarted in Windows Safe Mode. Jedi Auto TE will be also automatically run in said mode and then the PC will be rebooted in Windows Normal Mode and the trial period of the installed BitDefender security product will be then set to 90 days from the original 30 days.
9. Now, Jedi Auto TE can be configured in any of these two options:
(a) The Jedi Manual Auto TE (it reinstates the 90 days trial period of BitDefender manually whenever you want),
or
(b) The Jedi Fully Auto TE (it reinstates the 90 days trial period of BitDefender automatically each 30 days PC sessions).
NOTE: It is worth pointing out that if option (a) works then option (b) should necessarily work as well.
9.0 The Jedi Manual Auto TE is set up as follows:
(A)
Every time you want to reinstate the 90 days trial period of
BitDefender, you have to run again (double-click) the "JediTR.bat" from
the installation directory ("jtea"), or
(B) For the easiest manual reinstatement of the 90 days trial period of BitDefender, a shortcut may be created in the desktop pointing to where "JediTR.bat" is located ("jtea" folder). Then such reinstatement will be achieved by double-clicking said shortcut.
NOTE: To create this shortcut, you must proceed as follows to avoid any issue: right-click in an empty space of the "Desktop" => "New" => "Shortcut" => In the "Create Shortcut" window which pops up click the "Browse" button and navigate to the "jtea" folder, select the ""JediTR.bat"" file and click "OK". Then you are back to the "Create Shortcut" window => "Next" => "Finish". Now browse to the newly created shortcut as per the previous maneuver, right-click it => "Properties" => "Shortcut" tab => click the "Advanced..." button and tick the "Run as administrator" check box => OK => OK.
9.1 The Jedi Fully Auto TE is set up as follows:
(A) Go to the appropriate directory (folder) mentioned hereunder (Startup) and create there a shortcut for the "JFA30.cmd" file:
Windows XP ==> C:\Documents and Settings\(your name)\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 x86 (32 bit) or Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 x64 (64 bit) ==> C:\Users\(your name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
NOTE: To create this shortcut, you must proceed as follows to avoid any issue: right-click in an empty space of the "Startup" folder => "New" => "Shortcut" => In the "Create Shortcut" window which pops up click the "Browse" button and navigate to the "jtea" folder, select the "JFA30.cmd" file and click "OK". Then you are back to the "Create Shortcut" window => "Next" => "Finish". (B) Jedi Fully Auto TE has been installed and will automatically reset the 90 days trial period every 30 days PC usage sessions.
10. Now it's time to update the installed BitDefender 2015 security product.
NOTE: If after installing the "Jedi Auto TE", your BitDefender security product shows 1 (one) remaining day, after this first update process your BitDefender should show the promised 90 (ninety) days trial period.

1. Boot in Windows Safe Mode. You can also do so by running "Bitdefender Activator Ultimate v2 Final.exe" in Windows Normal Mode and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Once in Windows Safe Mode, run "Bitdefender Activator Ultimate v2 Final.exe".
3. When the activator's GUI opens, choose User Mode (the default position of the switch located in the bottom left corner of the Bitdefender Activator Ultimate v2 Final by Cyberboom and which should resemble a human silhouette).
4. Click the little cogwheel located to the right of "Activation" text (Setting module) and choose the License Type you may wish (1 year, 2 years, 3 years, +40 years).
5. Turn "Auto-Reset" switch on.
6. Press the "Process" button and wait until the process finishes.
7. Reboot in Windows Normal Mode and check that you are logged in MyBitefender account otherwise log in it. This is required for the Bitdefender Activator Ultimate v2 Final to work correctly.
8. Now it's time to update the installed BitDefender 2015 security product.
9. For autoreset: Restart/Shutdown Windows to reset the trial date. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 with UEFI BIOS, then you have to restart every time you want to reset the trial date.

VERY IMPORTANT: The "Auto Reset" feature of the T/R Tool - RV2 by Nikko which makes BitDefender 2015 and 2014 to remain permanently in a 90 days trial period and with the countdown never starting, has been neutralized by BitDefender developers.
Therefore, you have to click the "Reset" button instead and you will have a 90 days "registered" period. Regretfully said 90 days period will decrease in one day after each day has elapsed which in fact doesn't represent a big issue because you only have to run again Nikko's T/R Tool in Windows Safe Mode before said quarterly period expires. Said maneuver has to be conducted again before each subsequent quarterly period finishes to continue enjoying your BitDefender 2015 and 2014 indefinitely.

5. Restart your PC in Windows Normal Mode. At this point, BitDefender 2014 may still show to be in trial condition (30 days left) or in a registered status period of about +22500 days. Both possibilities are OK and do not do anything else.
6. If after a subsequent update, BitDefender 2014 still shows such 30 days left trial period or has returned to such condition and remains in said 30 days left trial period without any further change notwithstanding the number of days which may have elapsed since the installation date, then that will be a valid evidence that the T/R (Trial Reset) is doing fine. Nevertheless, in the hypothetical case that the number of days left of BitDefender 2014 decreases after each day has passed, then you should run again the T/R Tool v1.6 by BBs in Windows Safe Mode before the countdown reaches nil trial days left.

IMPORTANT REMARK:
For those whose OSes differ from the above, the "auto-reset" function will not work, however the manual reset should work. Alternatively, in such cases or for those whose BitDefender remaining days returns to 30 days and which are ticking down after each day has elapsed, Cyberboom recommends using "License Type" 90 days OEM instead of Commercial license because the last one (Commercial) will only grant you 30 days. Therefore, the "License Type: Commercial (2 Years)" included in the Trial/Reset (T/R) Tool v1.5-Final by Cyberboom will be working only if you have the required version of Windows and "auto-reset" function is enabled.
How to run Cyberboom's T/R Tool:
Having BitDefender AV/IS/TS 2014 installed:
1. Boot into safe mode and run the tool.
2. Choose User Mode (the default position of the switch located in the bottom left corner of the T/R Tool).
3. Click the little cogwheel located to the right of "Trial Period" text and choose "License Type: Commercial (2 Years)". Bear in mind that only choosing the option "License Type: Commercial (2 Years)" in GUI of the Trial/Reset (T/R) Tool v1.5-Final by Cyberboom, said maneuver makes your BitDefender 2014 registered for more than a year and the daily countdown starts from then on.
4. Turn "Auto-Reset" switch on.
5. Press the "Process" button and wait until the process finishes.
6. Reboot in Windows Normal Mode.

There are three Trial/Reset Tools which can be applied to have an activated and working BitDefender 2014 security product. Remember that you have to choose and run one of the three T/R Tools but never to apply them in combination:

4. Boot into Windows Safe Mode and run "BD2013.TR.Setup-BBs.exe" which can be found in the downloaded compressed file ("BD2013TR_1.6.rar"). When the GUI of the Trial Reset Tool pops up, choose and click the "Install Autoreset" button to install the auto trial reset function.
5. Restart your PC in Windows Normal Mode. At this point, BitDefender 2014 may still show to be in trial condition (30 days left) or in a registered status period of about +22500 days. Both possibilities are OK and do not do anything else.
6. If after a subsequent update, BitDefender 2014 still shows such 30 days left trial period or has returned to such condition and remains in said 30 days left trial period without any further change notwithstanding the number of days which may have elapsed since the installation date, then that will be a valid evidence that the T/R (Trial Reset) is doing fine. Nevertheless, in the hypothetical case that the number of days left of BitDefender 2014 decreases after each day has passed, then you should run again the T/R Tool v1.6 by BBs in Windows Safe Mode before the countdown reaches nil trial days left.

How to use the tool:
T/R Tool System requirements:
Windows XP Pro SP2/SP3,
Windows Vista (Ultimate & Enterprise, only),
Windows 7 (Pro, Ultimate & Enterprise, only),
Windows 8 & 8.1 (Pro, Pro+WMC & Enterprise, only).
IMPORTANT REMARK:
For those whose OSes differ from the above, the "auto-reset" function will not work, however the manual reset should work. Alternatively, in such cases or for those whose BitDefender remaining days returns to 30 days and which are ticking down after each day has elapsed, Cyberboom recommends using "License Type" 90 days OEM instead of Commercial license because the last one (Commercial) will only grant you 30 days. Therefore, the "License Type: Commercial (2 Years)" included in the Trial/Reset (T/R) Tool v1.5-Final by Cyberboom will be working only if you have the required version of Windows and "auto-reset" function is enabled.
How to run Cyberboom's T/R Tool:

1. Boot into safe mode and run the tool.
2. Choose User Mode (the default position of the switch located in the bottom left corner of the T/R Tool).

VERY IMPORTANT: The "Auto Reset" feature of the T/R Tool - RV2 by Nikko which makes BitDefender 2014 to remain permanently in a 90 days trial period and with the countdown never starting, has been neutralized by BitDefender developers.
Therefore, you have to click the "Reset" button instead and you will have a 90 days "registered" period. Regretfully said 90 days period will decrease in one day after each day has elapsed which in fact doesn't represent a big issue because you only have to run again Nikko's T/R Tool in Windows Safe Mode before said quarterly period expires.
